The FAN23SV06 utilizes Pulse Frequency Forced PWM Mode Option (FAN23SV06P) Modulation (PFM) mode to maximize light-load Excellent Line and Load Transient Response efficiency by reducing switching frequency when the inductor is operating in discontinuous conduction mode Precision Reference: 1% Over Temperature at light loads. The FAN23SV06P with forced Pulse Output Voltage Range: 0.6 to 5.5 V Width Modulation (PWM) mode is available for applications that require a relatively constant switching Programmable Frequency: 200 kHz to 1.5 MHz frequency across the full load range.
