The FAN53526UC00X is a digitally programmable tiny buck™ switching voltage regulator, which is designed to provide output current up to 3A and up to 2.4MHz operating frequency. It is manufactured by ON Semiconductor, and is available in a 3x3 DFN package. Its features include step-down conversion, input voltage range of 0.9-5.5V, adjustable output voltage range of 0.5-5V, very low quiescent current of less than 17uA, pulse width modulation output stage with a ± 1% output voltage accuracy and programmable soft-start.
