Even with such a low quiescent current, A1 A2 A3 the part exhibits excellent transient response during large load swings. At higher loads, the system automatically switches to fixedfrequency control, operating at 2.4 MHz. In Shutdown Mode, the supply current B1 B2 B3 drops below 1 A, reducing power consumption. PFM Mode can be PGND AGND disabled if fixed frequency is desired. The FAN53526 is available in a C1 C2 C3 15bump, 1.310 mm x 2.015 mm, 0.4 mm ball pitch WLCSP.
