The FDC6331L_G is part of the Full-Bridge PWM Motor Controller product range from ON Semiconductor. The motor controller features an integrated power MOSFET bridge, making it one of the industry’s most power saving, cost effective solutions. The device is an advanced, high-performance field-oriented-control (FOC), sinusoidal-based motor controller designed to drive three-phase induction motors used in motion control applications, including robotics and CNC machines. The device has a line voltage range of 7V to 50V and can control a motor with up to 2.5A peak current to provide efficient, low-noise operation. It can be programmed using an onboard software suite which allows user choice of motion control algorithms, including FOC, simple reverse and timing-based control methods.
