The FDMS2572 is a dual N-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET from ON Semiconductor that is designed for applications requiring high current density and low distortion. This device features a low RDS(ON) of 8mO (Max) @ 10V, fast switching times and a logic-level gate drive compatible with standard types both 5V and 3.3V. It is available in an industry standard, small PowerPAK SO-16 package. This device is suitable for step-down buck and other DC/DC converters, general power switching applications and power management in Notebooks and LCD displays.
