DATA SHEET www.onsemi.com IntelliMAX Advanced Load Pin 1 Management Products FPF1005 - FPF1006 Bottom Top General Description The FPF1005 & FPF1006 are low R P Channel MOSFET load DS WDFN6 2x2, 0.65P switches with CMOS controlled turnon targeting small package load CASE 511CY switch applications. The input voltage range operates from 1.2 V to 5.5 V. Switch control is by a logic input (ON) capable of interfacing MARKING DIAGRAM directly with low voltage control signals. In FPF1006, 120 onchip load resistor is added for output quick discharge when switch is 6 4 turned off. Both FPF1005 & FPF1006 are available in a small 2X2 MicroFET6 pin plastic package. &Z&2&K 10x Features 1.2 to 5.5 V Input Voltage Range 1 3 Typical R = 50 m V = 5.5 V DS(ON) IN Typical R = 55 m V = 3.3 V DS(ON) IN &Z = Assembly Plant Code &2 = 2Digit Date Code (Year and Week) ESD Protected, above 2000 V HBM &K = 2Digit Lot Run Traceability Code These Devices are PbFree and are RoHS Compliant 10x = Device Code (x = 5, 6,) Applications ORDERING INFORMATION PDAs See detailed ordering and shipping information on page 2 of Cell Phones this data sheet.
