The input Typical R = 140m V = 5.5V DS(ON) IN voltage range operates from 1.8V to 5.5V to fulfill today s Ultra Typical R = 160m V = 3.3V DS(ON) IN Portable Device s supply requirement. Switch control is by a Fixed 500mA Current Limit (min) logic input (ON) capable of interfacing directly with low voltage 5% Accurate Current Limit control signal.
