Offering everything necessary to build a High Efficiency through Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) reliable and robust resonant converter, the FSFR-HS Built-in High-Side Gate Driver IC simplifies designs while improving productivity and Internal UniFETs with Fast-Recovery Type Body performance. The FSFR-HS combines power MOSFETs, Diode (t =160 ns Typical) a high-side gate-drive circuit, an accurate current- rr controlled oscillator, and built-in protection functions.
