FSL116LR Green Mode Power Switch Description The FSL116LR integrated Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) and SENSEFET is specifically designed for highperformance offline Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external www.onsemi.com components. FSL116LR includes integrated highvoltage power switching regulators that combine an avalancherugged SENSEFET with a currentmode PWM control block. The integrated PWM controller includes: UnderVoltage Lockout (UVLO), LeadingEdge Blanking (LEB), a frequency generator for EMI attenuation, an optimized gate turnon/turnoff driver, Thermal Shutdown (TSD) protection, and temperaturecompensated precision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry.
