XN = Device Code The device is designed so that the A port tracks the V level and CCA &K = 2Digits Lot Run Traceability Code the B port tracks the V level. This allows for bidirectional A/B CCB &2 = 2Digit Date Code port voltage translation between any two levels from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. &Z = Assembly Plant Code V can equal V from 1.65 V to 5.5 V.
