DATA SHEET www.onsemi.com Single and Dual Low MARKING DIAGRAMS Voltage, Rail-to-Rail Input LMV931 (Single) and Output, Operational Amplifiers AAF M SC70 LMV931, LMV932 CASE 419A The LMV931 Single and LMV932 Dual are CMOS lowvoltage 5 operational amplifiers which can operate on singlesided power 5 ADFAYW supplies (1.8 V to 5.0 V) with railtorail input and output swing. 1 Both devices come in small stateoftheart packages and require TSOP5 1 very low quiescent current making them ideal for batteryoperated, CASE 483 portable applications such as notebook computers and handheld instruments. RailtoRail operation provides improved signaltonoise M = Date Code A = Assembly Location performance plus the small packages allow for closer placement to Y = Year signal sources thereby reducing noise pickup. W = Work Week The single LMV931 is offered in space saving SC705 package. = PbFree Package The dual LMV932 is in either a Micro8 or SOIC package.
