MM74HC02 Quad 2-Input NOR Gate February 2008 MM74HC02 Quad 2-Input NOR Gate Features General Description Typical propagation delay: 8ns The MM74HC02 NOR gates utilize advanced silicon- gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds Wide power supply range: 2V6V similar to LS-TTL gates with the low power consumption Low quiescent supply current: 20A maximum of standard CMOS integrated circuits. All gates have (74HC Series) buffered outputs, providing high noise immunity and the Low input current: 1A maximum ability to drive 10 LS-TTL loads. The 74HC logic family is High output current: 4mA minimum functionally as well as pin-out compatible with the stan- dard 74LS logic family. All inputs are protected from damage due to static discharge by internal diode clamps to V and ground.
