TinyLogic UHS Dual Inverter with Schmitt Trigger Inputs NC7WZ14 Description The NC7WZ14 is a dual inverter with Schmitt trigger input from ON Semiconductors UltraHigh Speed (UHS) Series of TinyLogic. www.onsemi.com The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultrahigh speed with high output drive while maintaining low static MARKING power dissipation over a very broad V operating range. The device CC DIAGRAMS is specified to operate over the 1.65 V to 5.5 V V range. The inputs CC and outputs are highimpedance when V is 0 V. Inputs tolerate CC SIP6 1.45x1.0 A9KK voltages up to 5.5 V independent of V operating voltage.
