TinyLogic UHS Dual Buffer with Schmitt Trigger Inputs NC7WZ17 Description The NC7WZ17 is a dual buffer with Schmitt trigger inputs from ON Semiconductors UltraHigh Speed (UHS) series of TinyLogic www.onsemi.com products. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultrahigh speed with high output drive, while maintaining MARKING low static power dissipation over a very broad V operating range.
