NCV4263-2C LDO Regulator - Enable, Reset, Watchdog 200 mA The NCV42632C is a 200 mA LDO regulator with integrated reset www.onsemi.com watchdog functions dedicated for microprocessor applications. Its robustness allows NCV4263 2C to be used in severe automotive environments. The Enable function can be used for decrease of MARKING quiescent current down to max 10 A. The NCV42632C contains DIAGRAMS protection functions as current limit, thermal shutdown and reverse 8 output current protection.
