NCV4264 Linear Regulator, 100 mA, Low Dropout The NCV4264 is a wide input range, precision 3.3 V and 5.0 V fixed output, low dropout integrated voltage regulator with a full load current rating of 100 mA. www.onsemi.com The output voltage is accurate within 2.0%, and maximum dropout voltage is 500 mV at 100 mA load current.
