NCV890103 Switching Regulator - Automotive Buck, RESET 1.2 A, 2 MHz The NCV890103 is a fixedfrequency, monolithic, Buck switching www.onsemi.com regulator intended for Automotive, batteryconnected applications that must operate with up to a 36 V input supply. The regulator is MARKING DIAGRAM suitable for systems with low noise and small form factor requirements often encountered in automotive driver information V8901 systems. The NCV890103 is capable of converting the typical 4.5 V to 03 18 V automotive input voltage range to outputs as low as 3.3 V at ALYW DFN10 aconstant switching frequency above the sensitive AM band, CASE 485C eliminating the need for costly filters and EMI countermeasures.
