SemiconductorThe OR-M601-TP-G is an optocoupler manufactured by Orient Semiconductor that includes a logic output and is compliant with the RoHS directive. It has a transfer rate of up to 15 Mbit/s, a propagation delay of 100 ns for high- and low-level output signals, an isolation voltage of 10kV/us, and a SOP-5 package. This optocoupler is suitable for use in isolating any two circuits that use a digital interface. Its features make it suitable for use in applications such as isolating low voltage logic circuits from higher power devices, protecting circuits from electrical transients, and eliminating ground loops.
