PSEI2X161/06 is a fast-recovery diode from the Powersem PSIF series. It has a reverse voltage of 161V, with a forward current of 2A. This diode is ideal for applications such as low voltage, high frequency switching and power electronics. It has a low forward voltage drop and a fast soft-recovery time which reduces EMI. Its high surge capability allows for greater design flexibility and reduced component count.
