The PE42020A is a RF switch IC made by pSemi that is an absorptive single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with a DC operation voltage of 50 V. The switch provides excellent RF performance and is designed for use in wireless infrastructure, satellite communications, and automotive applications. The PE42020A features a wide frequency range from 0.25 to 3.5 GHz with switch isolation level of up to 65 dB and insertion insertion loss of 0.4 dB or less.
