QPA6489A DC3500MHz Cascadable SiGe HBT Amplifier Product Overview The QPA6489A is a high performance SiGe HBT MMIC amplifier. The QPA6489A uses a Darlington configuration which provides flat gain and good linearity over a wide frequency range. The QPA6489A has excellent thermal performance. 3 Lead SOT-89 Package The QPA6489A is internally matched to 50 at input and output only requiring two DC-blocking capacitors, a resistor, and an optional RF choke for operation.
