QPB9378 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module Product Overview The QPB9378 is a highly integrated RF front-end module targeted for 5G TDD base stations. The module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high-power SPDT switch in a dual nd channel configuration. It features a 2 stage LNA with bypass functionality and power down mode for LNA when in transmit mode. 40 Pin 6x6mm Leadless SMT Package The QPB9378 can be operated across the 2.3 5.0 GHz range. It provides 1.25 dB noise figure and 33.5dB gain at Key Features 3.6 GHz for operation in the receive mode and 0.5 dB 2.35.0 GHz Frequency Range insertion loss in the transmit mode. The switch supports input RF power signals of up to 20 W average power Dual Channel assuming 9 dB PAR.
