75 Voltage Variable Attenuator F2270 5MHz to 3000MHz Datasheet Description Features The F2270 is a 75, low insertion loss voltage variable RF Frequency range: 5MHz to 3000MHz attenuator (VVA) designed for a multitude of wireless and other RF Low insertion loss: 1.1dB at 300MHz applications. This device covers a broad frequency range from Typical/Minimum IIP3 50MHz: 62dBm / 46dBm 5MHz to 3000MHz. In addition to providing low insertion loss, the Typical/Minimum IIP2 50MHz: 98dBm / 77dBm F2270 provides excellent linearity performance over its entire Up to 35dB attenuation range attenuation range. Attenuation slope versus V : 10dB/Volt CTRL The F2270 uses a positive supply voltage of 3.3V or 5V. Other Bi-directional RF ports features include a V pin allowing either a positive or negative MODE +36dBm input P1dB voltage control slope versus attenuation and multi-directional V pin allows either positive or negative attenuation control MODE operation where the RF input can be applied to either the RF1 or response RF2 pins. The attenuation control voltage range is from 0V to 5V Linear-in-dB attenuation characteristic using either a 3.3V or 5V power supply.
