DATASHEET ISL54059 FN6579 Rev 2.00 Negative Signal Swing, Sub-ohm, Dual SPDT Single Supply Switch March 11, 2011 The Intersil ISL54059 device is a low ON-resistance, low Features voltage, bi-directional, dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) Pb-Free (RoHS Compliant) analog switch. It is designed to operate from a single +1.8V to +6.5V supply and pass signals that swing down to 6.5V below Negative Signal Swing (Max 6.5V Below V+) the positive supply rail. Targeted applications include battery ON-Resistance (r ) ON powered equipment that benefit from low r (0.56 low ON - V+ = +4.5V 0.52 power consumption (8nA) and fast switching speeds - V+ = +4.3V 0.65 (t = 55ns, t = 18ns). The digital inputs are 1.8V ON OFF - V+ = +2.7V . 0.9 logic-compatible up to a +3V supply. The ISL54059 is offered - V+ = +1.8V . 1.8 in a small form factor package, alleviating board space limitations. It is available in a tiny 10 Ld 1.8x1.4mm TQFN or r Matching Between Channels .10m ON 10 Ld 3x3mm TDFN package. r Flatness Across Signal Range 0.33 ON The ISL54059 is a committed dual single-pole/double-throw Low THD+N 32Load 0.02% (SPDT) that consists of two normally open (NO) and two normally closed (NC) switches with independent logic control.
