DATASHEET ISL54065 FN6583 Rev 2.00 Negative Signal Swing, Sub-ohm, Dual SPDT with Click and Pop Elimination November 3, 2009 Single Supply Switch with Enable Pin The Intersil ISL54065 device is a low ON-resistance, low Features voltage, bi-directional, dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) Pb-Free (RoHS Compliant) analog switch. It is designed to operate from a single +1.8V to +6.5V supply and pass signals that swing down to 6.5V below Single Supply Operation . +1.8V to +6.5V the positive supply rail. Targeted applications include battery Negative Signal Swing (Max 6.5V Below V+) powered equipment that benefit from low r (0.56 low ON Enable Pin to Disable All Switches power consumption (8nA) and fast switching speeds (t = 55ns, t = 18ns). The ISL54065 also Click and Pop Circuitry Disable Pin features integrated circuitry to eliminate click and pop noise to an audio speaker.
