Targeted applications include battery -V = +1.8V . 7.0 CC powered equipment that benefit from low ON-resistance (2.5) and fast switching speeds (t = 25ns, r matching between channels . 3m ON ON t = 15ns). The digital logic input is 1.8V CMOS OFF r flatness (+4.5V Supply) . 0.6 ON compatible when using a single +3V supply.
