DATASHEET Flexible Single-Ended Current Mode PWM Controller ISL6721 Features The ISL6721 is a low power, single-ended Pulse Width 1A MOSFET gate driver Modulating (PWM) current mode controller designed for a wide 100A start-up current range of DC/DC conversion applications including Boost, Fast transient response with peak current mode control Flyback and isolated output configurations. Peak current mode control effectively handles power transients and Adjustable switching frequency up to 1MHz provides inherent overcurrent protection. Other features Bidirectional synchronization include a low power mode where the supply current drops to Low power disable mode less than 200A during overvoltage and overcurrent shutdown faults.
