Targeted applications include battery powered Dual Supply Operation . 1.5V to 6V equipment that benefit from the devices low power consumption (350mW), low leakage currents, and fast ON Resistance (R Max) . 20 ON switching speeds. Additionally, excellent R flatness ON R Flatness . 3 ON maintains signal fidelity over the whole input range, while micro packaging alleviates board space limitations.
