DATASHEET ISL84684 FN6088 Rev 5.00 Ultra Low ON-Resistance, Low Voltage, Single Supply, Dual SPDT Analog Switch July 31, 2007 The Intersil ISL84684 device is a low ON-resistance, low Features voltage, bidirectional, dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) Drop in Replacement for the MAX4684 and MAX4685 analog switch designed to operate from a single +1.65V to +3.6V supply. Targeted applications include battery powered ON-Resistance (r ) ON equipment that benefits from low r (0.35 and fast ON - V+ = +3.0V 0.35 switching speeds (t = 50ns, t = 27ns). This configuration can be used as a Guaranteed Break-Before-Make dual 2-to-1 multiplexer. The ISL84684 is pin compatible with 1.8V Logic Compatible (+3V supply) the MAX4684 and MAX4685.
