The Isolation under power-off conditions QS3VH16245 has very low ON resistance, resulting in under 250ps No DC path to Vcc or GND propagation delay through the switch. The switches can be turned ON under 5V tolerant in OFF and ON state the control of the LVTTL-compatible Output Enable signals (OEx) for bidirec- 5V tolerant I/Os tional data flow with no added delay or ground bounce. In the ON state, the Low RON - 4 typical switches can pass signals up to 5V. In the OFF state, the switches offer very Flat RON characteristics over operating range high impedance at the terminals.
