DATASHEET RAA210825 FN9349 Rev.1.00 Pin-Configurable 25A DC/DC Power Module with PMBus Interface Feb 8, 2019 The RAA210825 is a pin-strap configurable 25A Features step-down PMBus-compliant DC/DC power supply 25A single channel output current module that integrates a digital PWM controller, Wide V range: 4.5V to 14V IN synchronous MOSFETs, power inductor, and passive components.
