RT8070ZQW with DC-DC Converters Step-Down Adjustable 1 2.7V 5.5V 0.8V 5V 4A WDFN-8L_3x3mm RoHS is a high-efficiency, low-noise, low-voltage, low-output, high-accuracy DC-DC converter manufactured by Richtek. The device contains two integrated Step-Down Adjustable regulators, operating from 1 to 5.5V with adjustable output. It can deliver 4A of continuous output current, with a tiny WDFN-8L_3x3mm package and extended junction temperature, making it suitable for extreme temperature environments. The RT8070ZQW is RoHS compliant and offers many features, such as power saving operation in light load conditions, over-temperature protection, and maximum current phase spreading, spreading the current phases for optimum efficiency. Additionally, the RT8070ZQW supports rectified input operation for maximum BOM count reduction.
