It can operate Input Voltage Range: 2.6V to 5.5V with maximum frequency of 2.4 MHz, and can downsize Output Current: 2.0A(Max) external parts such as inductor. It can supply a maximum Reference Voltage Accuracy: 1.5 % output current of 2A with built-in Pch and Nch output Output Voltage Range: 0.6V to 5.0V MOSFET.
