Additional Infomation About Product

The BU4935G-TR is a Supervisory Circuit designed by ROHM and manufactured in SSOP5 RoHS package. It is a dual reset circuit designed using microprocessors and microcontrollers. The device features an independent power supply voltage detection circuit, with a supply voltage range of 2.63V to 6.8V, THR1/THR2 (in 1.344V to 5.62V range) and prescaler outputs (in 1.8V to 6.8V range). The device also features an active reset output delay time of up to 8ms in two timer variations, manual reset and watchdog output pin, and a power-on reset. The device is designed to be used for circuit protection and reset control in safety systems.
