National Park
2.L30.003-33 is a protected area of the Roztocze National Park in Western Ukraine. It is located in the southeastern part of the Lviv Oblast, approximately 45 km southeast of the city of Lviv. This area is divided into two parts; the first is a protected nature reserve and the second is a more than 21,000 hectare area of protected hiking trails and woodlands. The reserve contains several endangered plant and animal species and is part of the Roztocze Biological Reserve, which is listed with UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is also home to several rare birds, such as the white-tailed eagle, red-footed falcon, and various upland game birds. As well as being important for conservation the reserve is known for its stunning scenery, vast deciduous forests, and wide variety of wildlife. The area also contains several tourist attractions such as the Roztocze Gorge and Otx halytsky archaeological complex. The reserve has been recognized as a protected area since 1988 and is one of the most valuable parts of the Roztocze National Park.
