IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 5A (8/20s) ISO-10605 (ESD) 30kV (Air), 22kV (Contact) Clamp2492SQ integrates two bidirectional TVS diodes Qualified to AEC-Q100, Grade 1 rated at 24V. ESD characteristics are highlighted by high Industry standard SOT-23 package Protects Two Data Lines ESD withstand voltage (+/-30kV contact / air discharge Working Voltage: 24V per IEC 61000-4-2) and low dynamic resistance. Each Capacitance: 18pF Maximum device is rated for a maximum EOS current of 5A (tp = Dynamic Resistance: 0.55 Ohms (Typ) 8/20s). This device is qualified to AEC-Q100, Grade 1 Solid-State Silicon-Avalanche Technology o (-40 to +125 C) for automotive applications.
