SI8431BB-D-IS1 Silicon Labs

The SI8431BB-D-IS1 Digital Isolators from Silicon Labs are 3-channel Isolators with 2 forward and 1 reverse channel that provide 2.5 kV of isolation. They are designed for applications that require high levels of electromagnetic noise immunity and performance of digital signals across multiple channels and across long distances. The devices feature low propagation delay, low power consumption, high common-mode transient immunity, and high data rate operation.
