The SE4946 from SINO-IC is an integrated MOSFET driver circuit with dual N-channel MOSFETs. The device provides high switching speeds, a low current operating level, and a wide operating voltage range of up to 60 V and 6.5 A. This device offers a fast gate turn-on and turn-off time with low on-resistance of 41 mÎ© at 5.3A, 10 V. It is packaged in the small SOIC-8_150mil and meets the RoHS standard. The SE4946 requires a supply voltage of up to 3 V and a minimum supply current of 250uA. It can be used for mouse and keyboard switches, DC/DC converters, motor drives, physical computing, inductive heating, consumer appliances and more.
