DB3TG is part of STMicroelectronics’ Digital Bus (DBx) product portfolio. It is a low-power, full-duplex, three-wire digital bus capable of supporting high-speed data communication up to 1.5 Mbps. It is compliant with the Energy Bus? Interface Protocol (EB1). DB3TG is suitable for use in communications systems, monitoring and control systems, and instrumentation systems. The robust three-wire serial interface helps reduce system cost due to its integrated power and ground return, with no need for individual external ICs.
