ESDAXLC18-1BF4 Extra low capacitance single line bidirectional ESD protection Datasheet - production data Description The ESDAXLC18-1BF4 is a bidirectional single line TVS diode designed to protect the RF signal lines in near field communication application against ESD transients. The device is ideal for applications where both reduced ultra-low line capacitance and board space saving are required. Figure 1.
