STG3856 Low voltage 1.0 max dual SP3T switch with break-before-make feature Features High speed: t = 0.3 ns (typ.) at V =3.0 V PD CC t = 0.4 ns (typ.) at V =2.3 V PD CC Ultra low power dissipation: I =0.2 A (max.) at T =85C CC A Low ON resistance V =0V: IN R =1.0 (max. T =25C) at ON A V =4.3 V CC QFN12L R =1.5 (max. T =25C) at ON A V =3.0 V CC R =1.8 (max. T =25C) at ON A Description V =2.3 V CC The STG3856 is a high-speed CMOS low voltage Wide operating voltage range: dual analog SP3T (single pole triple throw) switch V (opr) = 1.65 V to 4.3 V single supply CC or dual 3 : 1 multiplexer /demultiplexer switch 4.3 V tolerant and 1.8 V compatible threshold 2 fabricated in silicon gate C MOS technology. It is on digital control input at V = 2.3 to 4.3 V CC designed to operate from 1.65 V to 4.3 V, making Latch-up performance exceeds 300 mA this device ideal for portable applications. (JESD 17) The device offers very low ON resistance ESD performance (analog channel vs. GND): (< 1.0) at V = 4.3 V. The disabling and CC HBM > 2 kV (MIL STD 883 method 3015) enabling of switches are done by setting the 1IN and 2IN control pins. Additional key features are fast switching speed, and ultra low power consumption. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge, giving them ESD immunity and transient excess voltage. Table 1.
