Additional Infomation About Product

The STISO621TR is a dual-channel digital isolator that uses STMicroelectronics' monolithic silicon technology to achieve isolation between two circuits. It provides voltage isolation up to 3750 Vrms with extremely low propagation delays and low power consumption. This device is capable of transferring digital data signals up to 3 Mbps over a wide supply voltage range. It also includes dual integrated drivers with output current of up to 200 mA, and offers protection for transient voltage spikes caused by ESD and EFT events. This device is suitable for a wide range of industrial, automotive, and consumer applications.
