The T405-600B-TR is a 100 V, N-channel enhancement-mode Field-Effect-Transistor (FET) from STMicroelectronics. It is housed in a TO-220 packaged, and features a continuous drain current of 15 A. This FET has a fast switching speed of approximately 25 ns, making it suitable for high frequency switching applications. With a low threshold voltage typically of 1.4 V and an RDS(on) of only 0.155 O, this part is suitable for applications where low on-state resistance is critical. Additionally, its 100 V type-rating enables it to be used in higher voltage circuits.
