The TS931ILT is a low-power, low VCEsat (BISS) NPN transistor developed by STMicroelectronics. It is a general-purpose transistor designed to operate over a wide range of operating voltages, collector currents, and temperature ranges. The device is ideal for low-power switching, amplification, and driver applications. It has a wide operating voltage range of 50V- 200V, collector currents up to 0.2A, and a low VCEsat of 200mV at 10mA. The package is an SOT-23-5L-6 in order to save board space. Additionally, the device has an excellent thermal impedance of 11.6 °C/W that helps to provide improved reliability and thermal performance. It has an appropriate PN junction temperature range from -65 to +150 °C.
