The VN920SP-E is intended for Current sense disable driving any type of load with one side connected Thermal shutdown protection and diagnosis to ground. The active V pin voltage clamp CC protects the device against low energy spikes Undervoltage shutdown (see ISO7637 transient compatibility table). Overvoltage clamp Active current limitation combined with thermal Load current limitation shutdown and automatic restart protects the device against overload. The device integrates an analog current sense output which delivers a current proportional to the load current. The device automatically turns-off in the case where the ground pin becomes disconnected. Table 1.
