Typical value with all loads connected loads General features Inrush current active management by Description power limitation The VNQ5050K-E is a monolithic device made Very low standby current using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-5 3.0 V CMOS compatible input technology. It is intended for driving resistive or Optimized electromagnetic emission inductive loads with one side connected to Very low electromagnetic susceptibility ground. Active V pin voltage clamp protects the CC device against low energy spikes (see ISO7637 In compliance with the 2002/95/EC transient compatibility table). European directive Diagnostic functions The device detects open load condition both in on and off-state, when STAT DIS is left open or Open drain status output driven low. Output shorted to Vcc is detected in On-state open load detection the off-state. Off-state open load detection When STAT DIS is driven high, the STATUS pin Thermal shutdown indication is in a high impedance condition.
