MATERIALS
1. INSULATION SLEEVE: Heat-shrinkable, transparent clear, radiation cross-linked modified polyolefin high density.
2. SOLDER PREFORM WITH FLUX:
SOLDER: TYPE Sn63 per ANSI-J-STD-006.
FLUX: TYPE ROM1 per ANSI-J-STD-004.
3. SHIELD: Solder impregnated, flux coated, tin plated copper braid.
SOLDER: TYPE Sn63 per ANSI-J-STD-006.
FLUX: TYPE ROM1 per ANSI-J-STD-004.
APPLICATION
1. These controlled soldering devices are designed for shield termination of a cable having an insulation rated for
at least +125C.
2. Temperature range: -55C to +135C.
3. For application tooling, contact your local Tyco Electronics/Raychem technical service.
