It provides factory-calibrated data corresponding to the measured temperature. 2 The data is provided via I C interface. The temperature range is -40C ... +125C while the resolution is 2 0.01C. The TSYS02 can be interfaced to any microcontroller by an I C interface. The TDFN8 package provides smallest size and very fast time response.
