The CD74HCT541E is a low-power quad open-collector buffer designed to provide high TTL-level switching, with the added feature of an output-enable control. It is manufactured by Texas Instruments and is part of their Integrated Circuits (ICs) collection. The device is housed in a 20-pin side-brazed Dual In-Line Package (DIP). The inputs are Schmitt-trigger level shifts, which provides spike-free logic transitions. These inputs are TTL- and CMOS-compatible and feature hysteresis to help filter out noise.
