Additional Infomation About Product

The SN74HC245DWR is an octal bus transceiver built by Texas Instruments. It is an 8-bit bus switch designed for asynchronous two-way communication between different buses. This device features 3-state outputs which allow it to be actively driven by one bus and passively-pulled when the other bus is accessed. The SN74HC245DWR features an active-low output enable output (OE) and active-low direction control input (DIR) to allow easy control of data flow. The device is fabricated with low-power CMOS technology and is Pin-to-Pin compatible with higher power SN54HC245. It is compatible with a variety of logic families and is suitable for applications such as data bus interface, address buses and more.
